Trained at the acclaimed Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts as a baker and pastry chef, Jen began her career as a wedding cake decorator 10 years ago.
Hear Jen's story about her skill, passion and talent for her profession and what it took for her to win the Food Network's baking championship. Learn a few tips and tricks (scones and more!) to enhance your own culinary skills, watch some demonstrations, and of course, Q&A at the end of the session!
